Meet Our Founder

Mark Glater, CPA — Principal

With over two decades of public accounting and industry experience, Mark Glater leads Glater & Associates, P.A. with a strong foundation of integrity, expertise, and client-focused service. 

He combines extensive tax, accounting, and business consulting knowledge with a practical approach—helping closely held businesses achieve compliance, profitability, and long-term growth. 

Before founding the firm, Mark worked with renowned public accounting firms including KPMG LLP and Deloitte & Touche, as well as serving as CFO of Glater Enterprises. His experience across diverse industries gives him a unique ability to offer insights that drive meaningful results. 

Mark holds a Master’s in Taxation and a BBA in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and has also served as an adjunct professor there. He remains deeply engaged in his community through non-profit board involvement and financial education initiatives.
