Yosvel Diaz – Director, Accounting and Tax Services

Yosvel Diaz is the Director of Accounting and Tax Services, bringing more than 17 years of dedicated service to Glater & Associates. He works closely with Mark and oversees a team of tax and accounting professionals, ensuring high-quality service, accurate compliance, and efficient workflow across the department.

Before joining the firm, Yosvel spent 15 years in the banking industry, where he worked as an internal auditor and developed a strong foundation in financial controls, compliance, and risk management. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, further strengthening his expertise in accounting and tax.

Known for building strong, lasting relationships with clients, Yosvel is recognized for his prompt, reliable support and commitment to meeting their accounting and tax needs.

Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his kids, traveling, and watching sports.
